ending

2011 is only hours away (if you count "hours" for more than a single day, which I am). I have not posted in almost a month, so I thought doing so before the next decade (if you count a new decade for years beginning with one, which I do) would be nice.

However, this post does lack any sort of real substance, my apologies.

I got a new camera a couple of months ago but have yet to post pictures because I haven't quite adapted to how it works or have a card reader...yadda yadda yadda (oh did I mention I have seen an ungodly amount of Seinfeld lately?*) here is my second post in two months, without original photos. I am working on New Years cards, maybe I will post pictures of those tomorrow?

I went to the fair yesterday. First time I have gone since high school-not a lot has changed.

Went to my mom's this week. Left with a new (old) Polaroid,* a Bell & Howell,* and some slides.*

*Can anyone help me with the Polaroid? It still has some film in it, but I cannot figure out how the Land Camera works. Battery maybe?
*Can someone help me with this one, as well.
*I just picked up a slide projector at a yard sale this morning. Weird!

Indian Summer

..it was fucking beautiful outside today, so I cheesed out in the sun. Also I was wearing a lot of makeup for a photoshoot Ryan is working on and wanted to take full advantage. She develops the film soon, and I am eager to see the finished product.

Fall break is next week; ol' Witkoski has some tricks up her sleeves. Maybe I will have something worthwhile posted soon. OH I got my sewing machine back this week. It has been laying dormant in an abandoned shed for well over a year and I finally got it back! I just happened to be biking past the shed-and it was open! Four months I have been calling the shed's owner without success and there the door is, wide open. I only live up the block so I just opted to rest my Singer upon a shoulder and walk my single-speed the rest of the way. In related news, I severely lack upper-body strength..
